Delivery –

We dispatch all orders with Royal Mail or with Parcelforce for heavy parcels.

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2:00pm on the same day, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
We offer postage options of Signed For 1st Class, Signed For 2nd Class, Tracked 24 & Tracked 48.
Prices for all postage options are shown at the checkout. For Free Shipping (on orders over £35) we will use Tracked 48 unless otherwise specified.

Please note that Signed For services have compensation up to £20, Tracked services have compensation up to £150. Tracked services have the further advantage of the parcel being traceable throughout its journey.

Returns –

We accept returns for any faulty items and offer a full refund once the item(s) received and inspected within 14 days from the date you received your order. If the items deemed faulty we will refund you within 14 days.

We accept returns if you have changed your mind and offer a full refund once the item(s) received and inspected within 14 days from the date you received your order. Please note if the item has been opened we can not refund you in full and might offer a partial refund.
